A well made paddle. Now I have to learn how to play well with it. Definitely a learning curve.

Sir , I’ve started pllaying Table Tennnis inn March of 2024 because of my limited movements annd Parkinsons Disease, i type sllowly with 2 hands . My doctors is happy my coordinations annd reflexes annd stamina is iimprovinng .I used severall cheap garage sale paddles annd tried to see if I can improve my pllaying with a new paddle . So I tried to look arounnd the internet and wannted to try Anngel Strike Paddle & protect it . I used my new A.S. paddle annd it really feells good holding it and the way i can hit the table with the ball a whole lot better and actually do spinns . I’m really impressed with my A. S. paddle and was planning on buying another paddlle in the near future as a great backup paddle because sometimes i dropp my paddle because of my right hand shakinng from Parkinsons Disease . I trully love Table Tennis annd meet new friends because I have no friends. I lived in a wheelchair since 1994 from a head on car crash, but I improving a lot , but I stilll wear my oxygen on my back wen I play Table Tennis . I thank God for alllowing me to know the A.S. I have recently started playing with much better players than I have in the past, including state champions. I have always been a pure power player with a strong attack and defensive skills against opponents with similar strong, but non tournament championship play. But when my opponents are higher level players who mix power and finesse with exceptional spin, particularly on serves, I was no match. The Angel Strike has provided me the ability not only to effectively return expert tournament player serves, but serve to maintain control of the point following return. With my other paddles (I have played with several blade and rubber combinations) my serves were speed and placement only with minimal spin and were returned to give my opponent an immediate advantage on points where I should be maintaining control. Although I have sacrificed some pace on the ball, all other benefits far outweigh that. Particularly at 68 where finesse, placement and spin have become more important than power as that has decreased with age.

The paddle is well put together i have played with it a few times now. The only thing is I was expecting a cover. It’s not a big deal and probably do to my misreading but would have liked an option to purchase one with the paddle. Other than that it plays great.

I had heard about this paddle from a club member and thought it would be worth giving it a shot (since it was under $100). I thought I would give it a little playing time and then let my son use it on the basement table. I can confidently say, this is the best value I have ever come across in my years of playing table tennis. This paddle has got great speed and even better control. The Spin Mystic rubber is extremely versatile. I cannot recommend this paddle enough.
